See when stock came in
- Open Inventory.
- Stock that came in — last 7 days lists every delivery, stock in, transfer in and production: when, what, how much, the reference (PO number) and who received it.
- The Last stock in column shows, for each product, when it last received stock and how much.
- History on a product shows every movement, in and out, with the balance before and after.
- See every movement in opens the full list for any dates, with filters and an export.
Customer returns and corrections are not "stock coming in", so they are not in this list; they are in History.
Why stock is never counted twice
- The same form sent twice changes stock once. Pressing Refresh after saving, the browser asking to "send the form again", or a double click on Receive / Take out / Process is recognised, and nothing is added a second time.
- The same supplier invoice twice is stopped. Receiving a delivery with an invoice number that was already received for that supplier asks first. If it really is a second delivery, press It is a separate delivery: receive it again.
- Several tills at the same time never overwrite each other. A sale on one till and a delivery on another, at the same moment, both count.
- Stock never goes below zero unless your business allows it.
Stock moves only when something real happens: a sale, a delivery, a write-off, a count, a transfer. Tips and change on card never move stock.
